Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for a single physician medical office in Colorado. The practice is primarily focused on forensic medical and legal independent evaluations and record reviews. This unique opportunity offers an 80% remote work environment, allowing the candidate to balance in-office and at-home responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Providing phone reception and managing scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Handling billing for medical encounters and finalizing reports after reviewing physician edits of transcription.
  • Ensuring smooth interactions with referral sources through excellent phone manners, people skills, and a strong service orientation.
  • Attending the office to sign patients in and assist the physician during examinations when required.
  • Maintaining the primary responsibility for the administrative side of the medical practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to self-direct to accomplish goals.

Qualifications

  • Applicable administrative support experience is required.
  • Medical office experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with the potential for full-time hours. The schedule is flexible, with the opportunity to work 30 hours per week or more.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $30 - $35 per hour, commensurate with skills, training, and experience.
